ITV has axed two comedy shows, Ruby Speaking and Count Abdulla, after just one series each. Both shows were exclusively produced for streaming platform ITVX. ITV thanked the cast and crew for their hard work but did not give specific reasons for the cancellations. Ruby Speaking starred Jayde Adams as a call center agent, while Count Abdulla followed the life of Abdulla Khan, played by Arian Nik.
