2 Indian grandparents, infant grandson killed in wrong-way crash on Highway 401 during police chase of robbery suspects.
2 grandparents from India visiting their Canadian family were killed along with their infant grandson in a wrong-way crash on Highway 401 involving a cargo van being chased by police. The parents, a 33-yr-old man & 27-yr-old woman from Ajax, survived, with the mother treated for serious injuries. The chase began after an alleged LCBO robbery.
