Ghana's VP and NPP flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, pledges to offer free tertiary education to persons with disabilities (PWDs) if elected President. His administration will prioritize scholarships for PWDs, covering both academic and residential fees starting in 2025. Scholarships will be available for all, but special funds will be allocated for this initiative, as part of his ongoing nationwide tour.
