Frasers Group drops lawsuit against Morgan Stanley over $995m margin call in Ashley's trade with Hugo Boss.

Frasers Group, owned by UK retail tycoon Mike Ashley, has dropped its lawsuit against Morgan Stanley over a $995m margin call related to Ashley's trading position in German fashion group Hugo Boss. The lawsuit, which sought approximately $50m from the bank for losses after the margin call, was not about money, according to Ashley. The dispute has now been resolved, with no money exchanged by either party.
