Congress party in Telangana releases state-specific manifesto with key promises including a Supreme Court bench in Hyderabad, revival of ITIR project, and merging five villages with Telangana. It also pledges to implement promises made under Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, establish a railway coach factory in Kazipet, a steel plant in Bayyaram, and set up an IIM in Hyderabad. The party aims to fulfill these upon gaining power at the Centre.
