Composer Bear McCreary, known for Battlestar Galactica, The Walking Dead and God of War, released an orchestral metal concept album titled "The Singularity". The album, filled with sci-fi themes and featuring McCreary's music from when he was 15, has songs collaborated on by Slash, Serj Tankian of System of a Down, and Corey Taylor of Slipknot. Available now, a special Los Angeles concert with Slash and others is scheduled for May 12.
