A high-rise fire in Ottawa's east end left two children and an adult critically injured after they were rescued from their third-floor apartment on Donald Street. The fire was brought under control within an hour, and over 50 apartments were impacted. Multiple residents have been displaced, and traffic delays are expected in the area of St. Laurent Boulevard and Donald Street. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
