Accenture, a global professional services company, is acquiring Brazilian creative agency SOKO for an undisclosed amount. SOKO, known for its blend of creativity, data, and culture-focused brand storytelling, will join Accenture's creative agency Droga5 and add 300 employees to its São Paulo office. The acquisition aims to expand Accenture Song's creative and brand capabilities within Brazil and strengthen its market presence.
