55-year-old Singaporean diplomat secretly filmed a naked schoolboy at a Tokyo bathhouse, dismissed but not arrestable due to immunity.

A Singaporean diplomat at the country's embassy in Tokyo admitted to secretly photographing a naked schoolboy at a public bath while serving as a counsellor. The 55-year-old was caught using a smartphone to film the 13-year-old in the changing room of the bathhouse in Tokyo's Minato Ward in February. The diplomat has since been dismissed but cannot be arrested due to diplomatic immunity.
