60-year-old Leroy Carl Lawson, a Kalamazoo bicyclist, was killed in a hit-and-run accident on Mills Street near Oneil Street on April 27. The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety is seeking public assistance, particularly from those who passed by the area between 10 PM and 10:10 PM, to aid in their investigation.
