40-year-old Anton Demetrius Matthews, of Wheeling, WV, was sentenced to more than 13 years in prison for wire fraud, cocaine trafficking, and a supervised release violation. Matthews falsely claimed to have a food truck business in Wheeling in 2019 to obtain $50,000 in CARES Act loans while in federal prison from 2016-2020. Upon release, he sold cocaine inside and outside a bar in Wheeling Island, Ohio County.
