Tulsa Police Department Chief Wendell Franklin is set to retire and join BOK Financial as their new Director of Corporate Security. Franklin has 27 years of experience in law enforcement and has been Chief of Police since 2020. In his new role, he will oversee safety and security initiatives, develop corporate security strategies, manage emergency response, monitor security systems, and provide support.
