30s man wielding knives stabs one, threatens others in central Oslo, not terror-related.

A man in his 30s, wielding two knives, stabbed one person and threatened others in central Oslo near a major subway station on Wednesday. The altercation began as an argument that escalated out of control. The attacker, whose identity remains unknown, injured one man in the arm and charged at several others. A responding police officer ordered him to drop the knives, and the assailant complied. The incident is not being considered terror-related.
