The data breach involves a third-party IT provider, Outabox, which provides digital sign-in services for RSLs and clubs. The data breach is said to include facial recognition biometrics, scans of driver licenses, signatures, club membership data, addresses, birthdays, and details about visits to venues, including slot machine usage. Affected venues include the City of Sydney, Fairfield, Hornsby, and Ingleburn RSL clubs, as well as others.
