India's GST collections reached an all-time high of ₹2.10 lakh crore ($26.67 billion) in April, growing by 12.4% year-on-year. The strong increase in domestic transactions and imports has driven this growth. GST collections surpassed the milestone of ₹2 lakh crore, and after accounting for refunds, the net GST revenue for April stood at ₹1.92 lakh crore, reflecting an impressive 17.1% growth compared to the same period last year. Central GST collection was ₹43,846 crore, state GST was ₹53,538 crore, integrated GST was ₹99,623 crore, and cess collection was ₹13,260 crore.
