Raceview Station, a 39,550-hectare breeder property in South West Queensland carrying 1800 cows and 1400 goats, has been sold for $21 million. The English-based Mellstrom family sold the land after 30 years of ownership. The property, located adjacent to Charleville, was bought by local graziers Brock and Katrina Hindmarsh and Shane Castles and Lisa Paynter for around $531/ha ($215/acre).
