23 foreign military attachés visited Azerbaijan's Higher Military School of Internal Troops of MIA, as part of the 2024 action plan. The Chief of the School, Major General Elchin Mammadov welcomed the guests and provided a briefing on the history and main activities of the school. The attachés observed the cadets and got acquainted with the facilities before receiving gifts at the end of the visit.
