Fitchburg State University's Board of Trustees has nominated Donna Souder Hodge, the Vice President of Operations & Advancement at Colorado State University, Pueblo, to be its 12th president. Hodge will be the first woman to hold this position in the university's 130-year history. Her appointment is subject to approval by the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education and contractual negotiations.
