Downtown Fargo held a groundbreaking ceremony for a $60m+ project in the 600 block of NP Avenue. The development includes a six-story Avery housing complex with 168 apartments, and a new Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre complex with a 400+ seat theater, classrooms, and commercial space. Both the Avery and theater complex are expected to be completed in 2026, with a city-owned parking garage set to open in fall 2025.
