Berks County authorities, along with the Philadelphia DEA, have arrested Ramon Jimenez-Merejildo for selling fentanyl and heroin, with a combined street value of over $8 million. Jimenez-Merejildo was allegedly transporting large amounts of the drugs from Philadelphia to Berks County for distribution. Police found 5,300 packets of fentanyl/heroin in his vehicle at the time of his arrest.
