North Carolina All-American guard RJ Davis announced his return to play a fifth season with the Tar Heels, using a message mirroring that of basketball legend Michael Jordan's return to the NBA in 1995. Davis, named ACC Player of the Year in 2023-24, had an average of 21.2 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 3.5 assists in 37 starts for UNC. His return could have him contending for the school and Atlantic Coast Conference career scoring records.
