18-year-old ex-corrections officer, Andrew Bailey, arrested & charged with promoting prison contraband in Marshall County. An internal investigation revealed he smuggled THC vapes & tobacco into the jail during work hours. Bailey resigned & is now held in another facility pending bond determination. Sheriff Phil Sims emphasized integrity & accountability for all law enforcement personnel.
