2 North Charleston men, Bryan Tobey (45) & Raymond Scavio (45), arrested for catalytic converter theft at Aquarium Parking Garage on 23rd March. Charges include injury to real property to obtain nonferrous metals. Thefts lead to significant repair costs and indicate a broader issue of property crime, say police. Both suspects part of ongoing investigations; Tobey released on bond, Scavio held in Al Cannon Detention Center.
