Chicago Blackhawks center Connor Bedard, Minnesota Wild defenseman Brock Faber, and New Jersey Devils defenseman Luke Hughes have been named finalists for the Calder Trophy as the NHL's top rookie. Bedard, who led or co-led rookies in goals (22), assists (39), and points (61) despite missing 14 games due to injury, is considered the favorite to win the award. The winner will be announced in June.
