Amazon Web Services (AWS) has made its AI assistant, Amazon Q, generally available for developers and businesses. Amazon Q is designed to assist with technical tasks, such as coding, debugging, multi-step planning, and reasoning, and to optimize workflows for developers and allow employees to access answers to questions across business data. AWS is also offering free courses on using Amazon Q and previewing a new capability for the AI assistant. Additionally, the company has introduced Amazon Q Apps, allowing employees to build custom AI-powered apps using text prompts.
