23-year-old Preston Hope Northan of Fairhope, Alabama attempted to rob an Arby's restaurant using a BB gun resembling a semi-automatic handgun. He entered the store, demanded money and car keys, and fled when the employee escaped. He also tried to rob two customers outside but was unsuccessful. Northan was arrested, charged with two counts of 1st-degree robbery, and found with the BB gun by a police K9.
