56-year-old Christchurch man arrested for secretly filming young women without their knowledge; faces 16 charges, including 5 counts of making intimate visual recordings and 7 counts of burglary. Police have been investigating complaints from women in the upper Riccarton and Ilam areas since 2023. The suspect will appear in Christchurch District Court on May 13; further charges may be added as more victims are identified.
