Prime Minister Narendra Modi has blamed "wandering souls" for an era of political instability in Maharashtra, a reference to NCP founder Sharad Pawar. Modi was campaigning for deputy CM Ajit Pawar's wife Sunetra, who is contesting the Baramati Lok Sabha seat against Pawar's daughter Supriya Sule.
