2 men charged with damaging iconic Sycamore Gap tree and Hadrian's Wall in Northumberland; court appearance on 15 May.
Two men, Daniel Graham (38) and Adam Carruthers (31), are charged with causing criminal damage to the iconic Sycamore Gap tree and Hadrian's Wall in Northumberland last September. The 200-year-old tree, featured in the 1991 film Robin Hood, caused a national outcry when it was cut down. Both men are scheduled to appear in Newcastle Magistrates' Court on 15 May.
