A man in Sydney's west has been charged for allegedly stabbing another man and chasing bystanders with a box cutter at Heber Park in Hebersham. Emergency services were called at around 5:45 PM, with officers finding the alleged offender restrained by members of the public. The victim was treated for neck and head injuries and is now in stable condition. Police seized a knife for forensic examination.
