IvyCap Ventures, an Indian VC firm, has closed its third fund at Rs 2,100 crore, raising its AUM to Rs 5,000 crore. Fund III plans to invest in 25 Series A startups with an average starting investment of Rs 30-50 crore, with 20% of the fund allocated to existing portfolio companies and Rs 100 crore reserved for seed-stage investments with partners like IITs, IIMs, and accelerators.
