Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, known for their involvement with Welsh football team Wrexham AFC, have purchased a minority stake in Mexican football team Necaxa. The duo, who co-own R.R. McReynolds Company, have partnered with actress Eva Longoria and other investors to boost Necaxa's status within Liga MX. The celebrities may be considering a similar series to their FX docuseries "Welcome to Wrexham" to promote Necaxa.
