Political scientist Jeremy M. Weinstein, an expert in social science research, has been appointed as the new dean of Harvard Kennedy School, commencing his role on July 1, 2022. Weinstein, a Stanford professor with a doctorate from Harvard, has experience in public policy, advising the US government on foreign policy and national security. His leadership and policy experience will guide the school at a crucial time.
