ChrysCapital, a leading Indian PE firm, has closed a $700M continuation fund backed by HarbourVest, LGT Capital, and Pantheon. The fund acquired a stake in NSE initially held by ChrysCapital VI (2016). This transaction allows Fund VI investors to roll their value into the continuation fund and invest in India's largest stock exchange. It is the largest of its kind in India and among the largest in the Asia-Pacific region.
