28-year-old Kenosha man, Gregory Jelks, arrested for OWI after causing a two-car rollover crash near Meachem Road and 1st Street in Mount Pleasant on April 28. The crash occurred when Jelks, driving over 100 mph, rear-ended a Nissan Maxima. The driver of the Nissan was hospitalized for minor injuries, while Jelks was arrested for OWI causing injury, 1st degree reckless endangering safety, reckless driving, and two counts of bail jumping.
