16-year-old charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of 16-year-old Ahmad Maher Al Marrach, making it the third youth charged in the case. Two 14-year-olds, a boy and a girl, were previously charged with second-degree murder and will reappear in May. All suspects were arrested in connection with the homicide that occurred in the parking lot of the Halifax Shopping Centre on April 22.
