The UAE field hospital in Gaza has started fitting 61 prosthetics for Palestinian individuals who lost limbs during recent events, with each stage involving prosthetics for 10 injured people and rehabilitation. Since opening in December, the hospital has treated over 18,000 cases and performed 1,517 surgeries. The facility has a capacity of 200 beds and a staff of 98 volunteers from 23 nationalities.
