Delivery Hero SE has agreed to nominate Sachem Head Capital Management's managing partner, Scott Ferguson, to its supervisory board following the firm's 3.6% stake build in the food delivery company. Delivery Hero plans to increase its board from six to eight members and has nominated four new candidates, including Ferguson, for its annual general meeting on June 19.
