Roemer Capital, a Cyprus-based private company, is inviting certain GDR (Global Depository Receipts) holders of ROS AGRO PLC to tender the sale of up to 9 million GDRs for USD 11 per GDR. The tender offer, subject to terms and conditions, is valid until 29 May 2024 and can be found on the company's designated website. Roemer Capital reserves the right to reject tender instructions, not purchase GDRs, or alter the tender documents.
