Quebec's secularism law, Bill 21, challenged by Fédération autonome de l'enseignement (FAE) and English Montreal School Board before Supreme Court of Canada.

The FAE opposes the Quebec government's use of the Constitution's notwithstanding clause to shield the law from Charter challenges.
