Nigerian President Bola Tinubu's recent trip to Saudi Arabia for an economic summit faced issues as his main luxury jet, a Boeing 737 operated by the Nigerian Air Force, was under maintenance, and a second aircraft experienced technical issues, including an oxygen leak, in the Netherlands. Consequently, Tinubu and his delegation had to leave behind government aircraft and use a charter jet for their journey.
