L'Occitane International SA owner, Reinold Geiger, is reportedly close to a $7 billion bid to take the skin-care company private. Geiger is considering offering HK$33 to HK$34 per share for the shares he doesn't already own, potentially funded by Blackstone Inc.'s tactical opportunities fund and Goldman Sachs Group Inc.'s asset management arm. The buyout deal could be announced as early as Monday.
