Iraqi officials visit China to observe smart agriculture systems for water management.
Iraqi officials, including senior chief physicist Noor Mahdi Naqee from the Ministry of Water Resources, visited China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region to observe smart agriculture systems that intelligently manage water and fertilizer use. Iraq, facing water shortages and desertification, sees valuable lessons in China's smart irrigation and experience in poverty reduction and rural revitalization.
