International investors show growing interest in Africa's tech startups, with Norrsken22 investing in 6 companies and aiming for 20 by 2025.

International investors are increasingly interested in Africa's technology and startup companies, with healthier financial numbers attracting more capital, according to Lexi Novitske of $205m Africa-focused fund Norrsken22. This fund, backed by unicorn founders, has already invested in six companies, including South Africa's Tyme Group, and aims to increase this to 20 by 2025. Investments are also being made in digital payments and neobank markets in Francophone West Africa.
