A roof fire in Brick, NJ destroyed Cuzzin's Pizzeria and damaged neighboring businesses, including Jay's Food Mart and a closed dry cleaning store. The fire took 2 hours to control and left the building compromised. Papa V's Pizzeria owner, Anthony Carannante, launched a GoFundMe campaign to support Cuzzin's owner Alfredo Martinez and staff, raising over $3,000 of a $10,000 goal.
