High Court orders measures against medicine price hikes, directs authorities to stop sale of unauthorized imported drugs. HC bench comprising Justice Mustafa Zaman Islam and Justice Md Atabullah issued a rule asking why authorities' inaction to prevent price increases should not be declared illegal. The Consumer Association of Bangladesh (CAB) had filed a writ attaching a report of drug price increases by 7-140%.
