300+ Heathrow Border Force staff to strike for 4 days, protesting new roster changes that could result in 250 job losses.

Border Force staff at the UK's busiest airport, Heathrow, are set to strike for four days from Monday, protesting changes to their working conditions, according to the Public and Commercial Services (PCS) union. Over 300 staff members will stop work, with the union stating that the workers are taking action in protest against plans to introduce new rosters which they believe would force around 250 employees out of their jobs at passport control. This is the latest in a series of strike actions in the UK, led by teachers, nurses, train workers and airport staff, protesting low pay and conditions.
