General Mills is considering selling its North American yogurt business, including popular brands Yoplait, Liberté, and Ratio Food, for over $2 billion. The company is working with investment bank JPMorgan Chase to assess potential buyer interest, as it sees the yogurt business as non-core due to competition. General Mills aims for a valuation of around 10 times the yogurt portfolio's $250m annual EBITDA.
