Ecuador sues Mexico at ICJ over asylum for former VP Glas, following embassy raid.

Ecuador has sued Mexico at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague, accusing it of violating international law by granting asylum to former Vice President Jorge Glas. Ecuador conducted a highly criticized armed raid on Mexico's embassy in Quito to arrest Glas, who had been residing there since December. Mexico has already filed a complaint with the ICJ against Ecuador over the incident.
