Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Minister Atishi face a defamation case filed by BJP's Delhi unit media head, Praveen Shankar Kapoor, accusing them of defaming the BJP and its members. Kapoor alleges that Kejriwal and Atishi's claims of BJP attempting to lure AAP MLAs and bribe them to switch parties are unfounded and defamatory. The case has been posted for recording pre-summoning evidence on May 4.
